      We are pleased to offer you a convenient way to pay bills, transfer funds, and check balances. If you have already completed and turned in an enrollment form, you should have received a welcome letter. Information provided in this letter is required to log on to the service. To obtain an enrollment form, please contact customer service.

 

 

 

 

Setting Up Virtual Branch:

 

Step One: Application

 

In order to set up your account for virtual branch you must fill out an application. Unfortunately there is no email submissions accepted. We do provide an online application that you may print out and send in to the credit union. You will need adobe reader to view the file.

Step Two: Receiving confirmation email & login

After you have submitted your application for virtual branch you will receive an email containing instructions on how to log into the virtual branch system. Make sure to read the entire email for special instructions pertaining to your account. It may take a day or two to receive the email.

 

Step Three: Bank It

 

Once you have successfully logged into the virtual branch system you will be able to:

o       Access all of your accounts you have at 49er FCU ranging from Loans to Shares.

o       You can pay your loans you have with 49erFCU from your Share accounts.

o       You can transfer funds between Share accounts.

o       And you can even verify whether not checks have cleared and view images of the checks.

 

 

Step Four: Pay It

 

If you had selected to have Bill Pay added to your virtual branch experience you will be able to:

o       Set up merchants to be paid directly from your account

o       Schedule the payments from One Time - Monthly.

o       Track the status of when funds have cleared your account.

o       Not worry about checks getting lost in the mail.

 

Step Five: Monitoring account

 

Due to the rise of the criminal act of Identity Theft 49er FCU encourages all its’ online users to actively monitor their accounts; at the very least checking their statement at least once a month. With the virtual branch system members are able to monitor their accounts all day, every day. When waiting for a paper statement is inconvenient virtual branch is there to help our members.
