Auto Insurance Notice

Every 49er Federal Credit Union auto loan has an "Agreement to Provide Insurance" between the member and 49er FCU. This agreement states: That as a member with an auto loan you are required to keep current, addequate insurance for the duration of the loan. Should you change insurance providers or receive notification from 49er FCU that you do not have current, addequate insurance you should provide 49er with your "Declarations Page" from your current Insurance paper work. This document will include:

• 49er FCU is the Loss Payee
• The Comprehensive and Collision Coverages that are no more than $500.00 each
• The effective dates of your current insurance policy

If your "Declerations Page" does not include all of these items you will need to contact your insurance provider and have your policy changed to reflect these requirements.
